Itinerary in details:

Day 01: Hanoi - Nghia Lo (B, L, D)
On arrival in Hanoi, we start our trip in Nghia Lo, the beginning of our great journey in north-western Vietnam. On the way, we see a lot of cultural activities. Several opportunities to making stops for photographs. Overnight at hotel in Nghia Lo.

Day 02: Nghia Lo - Than Uyen (B, L, D)
An early wake-up for a Nghia Lo city tour. Here, from early morning, market frequented by Thai and Mong is very busy. They come to the market to purchase their products and clothing. After breakfast, we go to Than Uyen by a road through the beautiful landscape surrounded by rice terraces and hills covered with out of sight tea plantations. Night at Than Uyen

Day 03: Than Uyen - Sa Pa (B, L, D):
Early morning, a Than Uyen tour to start heating our camera before starting the spectacular road in northern Vietnam. Many stops for pictures of rice paddies along the road. We will visit villages of Dao and Lu tribes at the roadside. Around halfway, stop photo of tea then up to a very high pass to go to Sa Pa. Night in Sa Pa

Day 04: Sa Pa (B, L, D)

Free time for this day to relax and take time to better know this little mountain village. Afternoon, climbing to the Ham Rong top via a trail of flowers and orchids. At the top, chance to take pictures of Sapa and Fansipan Mount peak in Indochina. Overnight at hotel

Day 05: Sa Pa (B, L, D)
Morning descend to Ta Van village, through a beautiful path surrounded by the most charming rice fields in Vietnam. Visit to villages of black H’Mong living in dominance in this valley. Homestay overnight at Ta Van village. 5 hour hiking

Day 06: Sa Pa - Lung Khau Nhin - Bac Ha (B, L, D)
Departure for lung Khau Nhinh herdomadaire market, most attractive in the region with the participation of tribes in the region as Nung, colorful Mong, Black Dao and Zay. These are the highlights for photographers. A 3 h trip and the rest of the morning is reserved for visiting this friendly market. Afternoon, we drive to Bac Ha. After installation at the hotel, we visit a Mong colorful village. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Bac Ha - Ha Giang (B, L, D)
Early morning we depart for Ha Giang by upstream the Chay river. The route follows the valleys inhabited by Mong, Co Lao, La Chi, Pa Then, Red Dao ... that make from their clothes mosaics with impressive coulors in harmony with the beautiful jewelry. ... Night at the hotel in Ha Giang.

Day 08: Ha Giang - Quan Ba - Dong Van (B, L, D)

We get closer to the Sino Vietnamese border on a very twisty and spectacular rocailleus road, which passes through villages nestled in the limestone. Quan Ba Pass, 50 km from Ha Giang, gives a view that cuts the village and its surroundings by a permanent green. Opportunities to take pictures. Arrive at Dong Van and overnight at hotel

Day 09: Dong Van - Meo Vac (B, L, D)

 Visiting Dong Van very typical market and then follow the small path along the Nho Que river for Nho Ma Pi Leng Pass. Then we climb to Meo Vac, a border town inhabited by Mong to visit the market. Overnight in Meo Vac

Day 10: Meo Vac - Quan Ba - Ha Giang (B, L, D)

Early morning we quit Meo Vac in Ha Giang to return by another route via Yen Minh and Quan Ba. Always a nice road with full of posibilities to photograph the villages along the way, their people in traditional costumes. ... Overnight in Ha Giang 

Day 11: Ha Giang - Cao Bang (B, L, D)
Early morning we visit the market in Ha Giang. After lunch, we go to Cao Bang. In this remote road , the landscape ischarming with very little valleys cultivated and populated. We will visit along the road to take pictures and contemplate the paygage. Overnight at hotel in Cao Bang

Day 12: Cao Bang - Ban Gioc - Cao Bang (B, L, D)

A whole day to discover this province in  northern Vietnam with the waterfalls at the border between China and Vietnam. 300 m long and 53 m high, it is picturesque in the rainy season and dry season charming. En route, we follow the Quay River which has the color of jade. The roadside villages are inhabited by the Tay and Nung minorities. Overnight in Cao Bang.

Day 13: Cao Bang - Lang Son - Halong (B, L, D)

In Cao Bang, we drive to Halong Bay via Lang Son. Arrive at Ha Long late afternoon. Overnight at hotel

Day 14: Halong - Cat Ba (B, L, D)

A cruise in Ha Long Bay from early morning to enjoy fresh light on the bay. During the cruise we visit, a fishing village, the Surprises Cave and Ti Top Island for a magnificent view over the bay before coming to the Cat Ba island. Arrive at Cat Ba, take pictures of the harbor and beautiful beaches ... Overnight at the hotel

Day 15: Cat Ba - Hai Phong - Hanoi (B, L, D)

The sunrise in the Cat Ba island on the fishing port and its morning activities... Free morning and afternoon for the beach, we take the speedboat to go to Hai Phong and transfer to Ha Noi. Overnight at hotel

Day 16: Hanoi - Departure

Free time. Transfer to the airport for your return flight
